We’re extremely proud to have celebrated 20 years of Knowledge Integration.
In the same year that The Matrix hit cinema screens, the Euro became a currency, workers first benefited from the national minimum wage and the last solar eclipse was seen in the UK, Ian Ibbotson set up a small IT business in the Sheffield Science Park. He had an idea to support and promote the uptake of open standards in GLAM organisations by providing open source components to systems vendors. Rob and Neil joined him as directors soon afterwards. Two decades on and K-Int has established itself firmly in the GLAM sector.
We’re incredibly grateful to all our customers, collaborators and colleagues who we’ve had the pleasure to work with over the past 20 years. A huge thank you and a very Merry Christmas to you all.
