Support
We offer the full range of software support services - from 'tier 3' only to end user helpdesk - for our products, toolkits and bespoke developments, as well as for selected third party products and infrastructure components.
Customers are able to take out a support contract on any of our product range, whether they are using the product under the open source GPL license or under a commercial license arrangement.
Our support contracts offer guaranteed response times, priority in both bug fixing and proposing new features and early access to new releases. Of course, we do our best to help users of our open source products who don't have a support contract, too, via our mailing list, etc. but this can only be offered on a best efforts basis and we may be slow in responding at times.
We urge all users of k-int software, particularly those for whom it is a central system component, to consider the benefits of entering into a formal support contract with us.
Hosting
We are able to offer a full range of hosting services with software either installed on our own servers or on your own sever co-located either in our in-house server room or using dedicated rack space in one of partner ISP hosting centres. If a customer prefers to arrange their own hosting with an ISP, we can still offer server and application management and support services.
We also work closely with Vocabulary Management Group to support and manage the hosting services it offers to its clients including fully managed 'software as a service' provision.
