Support & Hosting

Support

We offer the full range of software support services.  We normally provide 'tier 3' support to software vendors and customers who have embedded our software in their systems but we are also happy to provide an 'end user' helpdesk service if required.  We also provide support for selected third party products and infrastructure components.

Customers are able to take out a support contract on any of our products, whether they are using the product under an open source license or under a commercial license arrangement.

Our support contracts offer guaranteed response times, priority in both bug fixing and proposing new features and early access to new releases. Of course, we will also do our best to help users of our open source products who don't have a support contract but this can only be offered on the basis that other work may take priority and that we may, at times, be slow to respond.

We urge all users of k-int software, particularly those for whom it is a central system component, to consider the benefits of entering into a formal support contract with us.

Hosting, Management and Software as a Service (SaaS)

We offer a full range of hosting and co-location services.  We have server and rack space available in both our in-house server room and in one of our partner ISP hosting centres.  If a customer prefers to arrange their own hosting, either internally or with an ISP of their choice, we can still offer server and application management and support services provided some form of remote access can be arranged.

We provide a fully managed 'software as a service' provision for Lexaurus Bank customers on the Lexaurus.net domain.
